How to reach Amber Palace Jaipur
You can easily find buses here which will take you to the amber palace from Ajmeri gate and mi road, it takes around 40 minutes to reach there and can also hire a cab from anywhere in Jaipur to lie.
The location of the Palace is Devisinghpura, Amer, Jaipur India. You can easily find the location with online maps as well.
Amber Palace is about 13 km which is around 20 minutes northeast of Jaipur city center.
In Amber palace at the bottom of the fort, near Maota Lake here the visitors get to see the program about the history of the palace. And the timings of the show is different for two Hindi and English, with the essence of the sound and beautiful lightings, a popular showcase of the history of the fort using many special effects are exhibit here.
Timing of Amber Palace in Jaipur
In English and Hindi, time varies according to as follows:
Tourist season -October to February: English 6:30 pm and Hindi 7:30 pm. And the show timing in March to April: English 7:30 pm and Hindi 8 pm, May to September: English 7:30 pm and Hindi 8:30 pm.
Amer Fort is open daily from 8 am to 5.30 pm, the entrance of the fort is at the top where you can either walk uphill or ride on an elephant back. And if you want to choose other options, you can go by jeep or golf cart or take your vehicle.
There are some entry charges to the Amber palace
The entry fee for Indians is 100. And for foreigners, it’s 500. And visiting hours are 9;30am to 5 pm. If you want to avoid the heat, book your tour in October to March is the best to visit since the weather is pleasant during this season.
Amber Palace also has one pathway which joins it to Jaigarh fort where tourist can walk along with Ganesh pol or either can choose a golf cart for transportation.
